Wayne E. Campbell, M.D.
Medical Education
Born in Pensacola and raised in Crestview, Dr, Wayne Campbell is very familiar with the Emerald Coast and its people. His academic studies began with a 1969 Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Florida, where he graduated with honors and also received his doctor of medicine degree in 1973. Dr. Campbell's medical training includes a four-year residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama.
In 1977, Dr. Campbell returned to Crestview and began his practice with Crestview Medical Clinic. That same year he also earned board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Campbell currently maintains active membership in the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Internal Medicine.
Profile
In addition to his medical work, Dr. Campbell served in the National Guard and participates as a courtesy faculty member of the University of Florida, University of South Alabama, and Florida State University.
