Dr. Brooks earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, FL. She completed residency training through the Southwest Georgia Family Medicine Residency Program at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA, where she served as
Chief Resident.

Dr. Brooks has special medical interests in
preventive medicine, women’s health, and caring for families.

Dr. Brooks is a Crestview native and graduate of Crestview High School. She and her husband, Jason, have two young children. In her free time, she enjoys
outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
